New house!
So as of yesterday, we have signed a lease for one year to live in a new house! A beautiful 1 story, 1250 square-feet, 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house. That includes all major kitchen appliances carpet in the bedrooms, hard wood floors in the living rooms, ceramic tile in the kitchen, a two car garage, ceiling fans in all rooms, and a fenced in back yard over looking a pond/ lake.
Quick facts on how we found the house etc. A friend that Scott works with Keith Stanton was looking to rent this place but is currently in base housing and was unable to break his lease. So last weekend (while at our friends birthday party)he told Scott about this place. We looked at it yesterday and were sold!
As most of you know we were going to look into buying a house. I wasn't too keen on the idea but was going to go along with it. We were pre approved for a loan. But I consistently informed Scott that buying a house is not a quick process that I would like us to make. Especially since he was leaning toward looking at foreclosures, which can also tend to make the process even longer. Not to add to the fact that I am eight months pregnant, and we are not sure if we will be stationed here after next July. It just wasn't good timing. On the plus side we know what price house that we can look at if we can stay in Jacksonville, and can take our time after the first of the year once Lily is hear and I go back to work and we start getting in a good routine.
Some more stats on the house, it was built in 2001. The owners are located in California. All of the rooms are painted which we like except for one wall in Lily's room which you will see. And the whole house is baby proofed already! Also, the property manager lives down the street from us which is nice if heaven forbid there is any problems with the house he can be there in a flash. Also Scott mentioned to the guy that we were looking to buy a house and he also has several properties that he is trying to sell. So if things go well with him and we can stay in Jacksonville he may possibly be able to help us buy a house! But time will tell on that next journey!
We can start moving in today, but Scott wanted to take this weekend to pack and to utilize some of his fellow co-workers and or supplies so he chose to start the move after the 1st.
So here is our new address as of September 1st:

The only thing that we are going to but is a new washer and dryer set, the one we have here is a hand me down and isn't in the greatest condition. Can't wait for everyone to see more pictures of the house especially once we start to get it decorated.
On another note Lily's appointment went great yesterday! She is head down and looking great! Not much weight gain on my half which the doctor isn't worried about because Lily is growing great! Only about eight more weeks or so till she is here! Unless she comes sooner!
And last but not least, my best-est friends from here in Jacksonville are going to be throwing me a co-ed baby shower at my girlfriend Racine's house on September 10th. Krystal and Racine are going to be hosting this fun filled event. So if I happened to forget to invite anyone here in FL, let me know or the girls, there is also a public event listed on Facebook too! Everyone is welcome!

Event filled weekend!
Coming up at my 8 month mark, Scott and I decided to go out for a friends 30th birthday bash! Our friend Jose rented a party bus that took us all around Jacksonville to the local bar scene! I had lots of fun even though I couldn't par take in any drinking. It was fun to watch everyone else slowly get to that point at the end of the night. I told Jose the next day, I didn't know what the funniest part was, him falling out of the bus at the Landing, or hearing the story of how our friend Sabrina got on the wrong party bus that night! So here are some pictures of that, me and Karina...

Virginia Trip
So I have been back from my VA trip for a little over a week and some exciting things have been happening! Other than me having my first baby shower which was so nice, and being able to celebrate my Grandparents 60th wedding anniversary with them at a beautiful party @ the Langley Officers Club, (also where Scott and I got married). I am proud to say that I am an aunt aging to my sister-in-law Taryn's newest addition Felicity Therese Passmore! Born August 17th, 5:05 pm, Texas time, weighing in at 6lbs 7oz and 19 and 1/4 in. long! Perfect happy and healthy little bundle of joy! From what I gather she went to the hospital around 1pm and had a very smooth natural delivery! I was so excited when I got some pictures of her I posted them on fb and people had thought that I had Lily! Not quite yet, even though I was having lots of Braxton Hicks contractions that day and even went to the base labor and delivery to get checked out. No worries everything is fine but we wanted to be safe and just make sure, Scott says I wanted to do a test run! Not! So here are pictures from the following events, my shower, grandparents party and last but not least by any means our newest niece!
